Anglesey Draghounds?

I used to hunt w the Anglesey darghounds as a kid. I'm going to be back in Wales at xmas visiting, and I emailed them to ask if I could cap on Boxing day - they said yes! (Me and the boyfriend - we both have horses and ride daily at home)

Only problem is, we don't have horses to ride in the hunt. Can anyone in the area tell me how I might be able to find one? I spoke to Porth y Post (via my mother) who said they didn't have horses for hunting... I *really* want to go though!

I can't help you but I'm sure you'll find one, I ride in anglesey and its a very horsey area!!! :grin: good luck with your search!

Try Tal y Foel on the straights or Denise at Red Wharf Saddlery

OMG, I ride at Tal Y Foel!!!! Its my riding center!!! Yes, try there, I doubt any of the RS horses would be fit enough to go hunting but there are many able liveries.
