Anglesey

Hi there all. I have been looking at small holdings to rent in Scotland and a few seem to be coming up on Anglesey. I'm looking for a house with land on a long term lease for my own horses.
Just wondering if anyone lives on Anglesey and how horsey it is? I can't believe how much cheaper the rentals are than were we were looking. Just wanted a bit more info on what sort of place it is as we had never thought of it or been there?

Anglesey is in north wales not scotland.
I used to live near there, anglesey itself is moderately horsey but you have very good links to the rest of the North Wales coast which is extremely horsey!

Badly worded, my geography while poor isn't that bad! I meant to say we were looking at Scotland where there are a few properties and some appeared on the same site in Anglesey which are much more reasonable.
