Doe sanybody remember a while ago there was a post up about animal pshyics and there was one of them who gives free 'taster' sessions via email/photo.
Anybody know who she was?

Ann Dee's name crops up quite a lot & I used her with amazing results when Cat was ill.

She has got a website so if you google for her, you could see whether it was her or not? Don't rem her doing freebies, but it was a while ago that I used her.

I use this woman www.centaur-therapies.co.uk found her really good and shes got a good background. She has a CD wrote a course for a college in it and has got a horse communication column in a magazine. In the past I've used quite a few of the well known ones looking for one my horses and me gelled with but some of them (including one in a post above who shall remain nameless) were well far off the mark. the ones that tend to do taster sessions (I've come across them before on chat rooms) tend to be the ones very new to it who need the practice or have a lack of confidence with the level of their ability so want to make sure it sounds like your horse to you so they don't get screamed at for taking your money when they get it wrong. One that gets herself onto any rubbishy TV programme showed her true colours on the series the bullshit detectives they caught her out big time earlier this year it was really funny. If she had been any good she'd have known it was a set up from the start. I guess you just have to try it and see who feels right for you. I did go on a workshop once run by a bloke and his girlfriend. I didn't like them at all he was far too girly and see was a control freak!
All I can really say is give it a go. If it doesn't workout with the first person try someone else and don't be put off as there are some very good people out there its just a case of tracking them down. As for me I'll leave it to the professionals as I'm no good at this stuff.
