Hi, can anyone help with advice. I rent a cottage with land and stables. Ive been issued with a section 21 for my cottage but not for the stables and land which i pay for separately with cash. I have all my invoices. I will be expected to move the animals when I leave. I just wondered what the laws were with evicting animals and time lines etc. Any advice gratefully received. :)

Animals don't have tenancy agreements, so tenancy laws don't apply. You must have been given notice to leave the stables/land for you to be expecting to have to move the animals, so it's done, they've given notice and you must leave. I wish you luck finding something else.
