i got a splinter the other day, in pretty deep, i've had a good dig around, and i've tried leaving it alone, as the body usualy rejects things it doesn't want in the end.. however this is taking too long for my liking... seeing as Animalintex is so good at drawing for horses, it's obviously do the same for people right??

I used it when i had a piece of glass stuck in my foot and it got it out i hot poulticed just like i would with a horse. Is amazing the uses horse products have my mum had a skin graft on her thigh and the dressing would not stay on and normal bandages slipped really badly i bandaged her with vetwrap everyday and it kept it in place

I used it and vet wrap on my mums leg when she had a hideously infected mozzie bite. Within 12 hrs infection was gone and only minor red bump...any normal person would probably have seen their GP but hey ho!!

You can get a pot of magnesium sulphate fron the chemist for a couple of pounds (cream - not epsom salts) and just dab it on to splinter with a cotton bud and put a plaster on - probably easier and less obtrusive than animalintex - it's thesame active ingredient.
