Animate tack lockers

Anyone ordered recently? I had read about delays ordering, is this still the case?

Ordered mine before Xmas, yes itwas delayed, due to a death in the family I believe but worth the wait, love mine.

I ordered two large rug bins from them and was told I would be contacted with a collection date. I contacted them a few weeks after and was told the same, I called a few more times and kept being told they were on with them but they never called me back. I gave up as I can't stand being messed about and purchased them from Equivation which are a little dearer but a much better quality as the galvanised metal is noticeably thicker.

I had a tack locker from them. Found them very friendly and helpful. Locker took approx. 2 weeks to arrive.

I have had a feed bin from them about year ago - chased them a couple of times but partner was in hospital so replies were delayed but was kept informed & received quickly after that and on the date they gave - was pleased with their service overall

Hi winged horse , it was about 6 months ago.

Still bad 9-12 months ago when I ordered a feed bin and rug trunk. Had to threaten to cancel my order for any action. Chased many times. The items were good when they finally arrived. I wouldn't order from them again personally though.
