Animo jacket wearers - what's the size/fit like

Animo jacket wearers - what are the sizes like are they true to size or on the neat side - about to order one and just wondering which size to get.

I'd say slightly on the smaller side as the material is clingy although it does stretch to being on the bigger side but then they can look too tight and clingy.

Thanks Jess thought that might be the case - I am normally between sizes anyway so think will order bigger size

Does anyone know if the 8s are small? Im always an 8 in clothing but will sometimes get a 10 for a jacket just for comfort, I want it to be fitting but I don't want to look like I'm bursting out. Thanks and sorry for hijacking

Personally I would go and try them on. I spent about an hour at Hickstead trying to decide between sizes. One was a slightly better length but less figure hugging, and the shorter length gave me a better outline. They were both different styles and i went for the longer. I'm a size 6 -8 and have a .. D34 if that makes any sense to you?

Yeah I should do that, I am very close to the/one of the animo stores in the uk so I think it would be pretty silly not to go, only reason why I wasn't going to as it would be pressure to buy but I know exactly what I want now. Thanks x

I would try them on, the sleeves were too short for me, when they fit my body so went for a different make.

come up a bit small id say.....my tailcoat is an 8, but im a uk6 in tops/coats, yet it fits me really well.

The other thing to consider is there is quite a few different styles available and I found they fitted differently.
