Hi, I just wondered how much you pay for flu/tet? also can you ride straight after you have had them done?

Usually works out to be around £75ish including vet's call out. Ideally you should allow them to stay quiet for the rest of the day and just chill out but nowadays I think people tend to work them straight away more than they used to.

I pay £30 per horse plus call out on top of that.
Whether or not you should ride or exercise them after vacs varies which vet you speak to! I would suggest that ou avoid working them after the vac and make sure they are not worked for a few hours before hand.

Well we paid £32 pounds for our last jab but then we took the horses to the vets so didnt have to pay for call out.
We tend to give them the day off after their jab but I think it depends on how you speak too.

Its £28 i think for my vaccinations. I ride my horse to the vets and back to save the call out fee. I stick to walk, but the vets have never had a problem with me doing this.
