Another cob showing question

He would have to be hogged and clipped to show as a cob. He looks a nice enough sort and should do ok at local level, but he lacks a little bit of quality for more serious showing.
 
You would need to decide first of all if you’re going to keep him hairy or hog and shave the lot off.

He would fit in fine in cob classes, coloureds, riding club type and working hunter at lower level.
 
I can't really see the pictures, but from what I can see he looks more traditional type then show cob type as he looks more pony like in the body. For show cob you would need to hog him and remove the feathers and pull the tail. For traditional leave him long and hairy!
