Another Collegiate Bridle question

Just wondered if these were English leather as the discription varies on different sites from English leather to quality leather. The one Ive seen seems too cheap to be English Leather.
Also any views good or bad.

I bought one for my daughters pony 4 years ago and it has been fine, i found it good value for money, not exceptional quality but still looks good after 4 years of use.
