She is in the best place possible and dont worry too much about her weight once she's on the grass she'll be fine.

Don't worry about her being a little skinny - we never did at the equine hospital - we knew when the owners got them home and we were not looking they would get showered with extra carrots, apples, etc. Infact we think horses pretended to get sick for the extra food.
