Hello
smile.gif
This is a horsey i went to see yesterday! Really like him. I initially went to see a different horse at the yard but tried this little fella instead! He is very sensitive and a little nervous but he is only 4 with not much experience. But put a jump up and he is as brave as anything!

^ Desciption says a little about him.

He doesn't have a stable or registered name but they call him Ross. I like Sydney so i can call him Sid

There is a list of other names that i like in the video

Any suggestions for names? And also what do you all think of him?

video was stuttering quite badly for me even when loading so I can't say too much on his paces but his shape over a fence is fab for a baby - just check he's not done too much too young.

I love how 'bendy' he looks when you're riding him - definitely looks to be a trier so if the price is right then I think he looks sweet and it seems you're quite fond already which is imo the most important thing.

He has only just started jumping and i mean a matter of weeks and is 5 in March

Thank you

The price is most definately right, he is a bargain with things to work on which will keep me on my toes which i love!

how exciting! I can't see the video at work but will look at home later.
Am tempted to video ones I try now to get some wider opinions, i was just worried that the current owner might turn out to be a HHO-er and that would be rather embarrassing...!?
are you going to put an offer in then?????

There is something I really like about him

He has a sweet face and is very balanced for a 4 year old. The only thing that looked a bit odd was his hock movement in trot but that may have just been the video quality on my PC was a bit blurry. You'd be getting him vetted anyway wouldn't you? But I think he looks like he would be a really fun little horse - you suit him very well. What height is he?

As for names my only advice is not to change it LOL! It is meant to be unlucky and the only time I did it, it did turn out to be very true!! The horse bit me so badly it scarred me for life

Hence I have since had some very dodgily named horses over the years!!

Thank you everyone

I think currently he is standing at 16/16.1hh with some room to grow up and out! :P

I'm getting him vetted on thursday! Wooo

After the vetting i'm going to put in an offer but he is a very good price, a bargain i'd say

How much do you all think he costs? C'mon gueeeessss!!

He is sweet and I like his jump. Does he move straight? He looks to dish quite alot and turn his front feet in as they land? This is something I would be very cautious about, as it can cause additional strain on legs=lameness. He looks lovely other than that though
