Another horsebox stolen from Thetford Forest area

Two friends were riding and planning a route for a future long distance ride yesterday in Thetford Forest. They parked up at Harling Bridgham Lane and when they got back their horsebox had been stolen. It is a ford transit white cab and dark green body. The registration number ís G227KVG. This is the second box to have been stolen from this area recently. Please be warned and vigilant. Luckily another riding club member came to the rescue and they got transport home.

Why are there such bas***ds about?

Only just last week I've heard of two lorries that had been broken into there and handbags,hidden, stolen along with a jacket, loose change and food.

They left reasonably expensive horse rugs, headcollars etc.

I used to love boxing up and hacking through the forset but unless I parked at a friends' I don't think I'd dare now.

Such a shame.
