This is purely out of curiosity as i definatly dont want to sell, but me and parents cannot agree on price.

Its a N Reg Iveco, Thorpe horsebox built in 2004 (god i think thats right!!)
Hasnt got a rediculously high mileage about 180000km i think. Always kept indoors, and has never ever not started, and has had no problems at all, it is completely reliable. Its a 2 large horse, 3 poines (8ft horse area) and 8ft living.
Also not overweight with 2 horses on board.
Its a 6 cylinder. Absolutely spotless inside and out, very very clean in the living and horse area, not smelly either !!
Got hob and grill, water on tap, luton, lots of storage(proper maple style units) including the space for a fridge to be fitted (with a vent) padded , telescopic partitions,etc. Plenty of ventilation with windows either side of horse area, as well as roof vents. Has outside tack locker for 3 saddles.
cant think of anything else.

thats very intersting, i was thinking along the lines of 16-17k, it is literally in spotless condition, on looking at it you could pass it off as being built this year.

thats more than i was thinking!
 
thanks i love it, so glad we got one in the end!! was an awful lot of money when we only wanted to spend about 7k to start with !!

yes we have a good service history and its very well maintained, all tyres are pretty new etc.
 
i've just up graded to a truck and their brilliant, spent nearly a year looking for one..... and they just keep their price if you look after them...
 
personally i would put it on at the highest figure and then u have plenty of scope for negotiation.

If - hypothetically - we were to looking at a lorry like yours to take on a part ex basis for one of my lorries i would prolly offer 16K and then mark it up accordingly for resale.
 
Is it actually for sale as I am looking for one just like it?! I am looking to spend around 20k on a R reg onwards, so I would say around 16 - 18k for yours
 
oh no, it is definatly not, we were just wondering how much say it has dropped in value since we have bought it (we have just finsihed paying it off after 3 yrs) really just out of curiosirty.
Its a fantastic box and have no plans to sell it at all!!
