Things seem to be going well she had her three steroid injections without any laminitas.

She now has to have 15 tablets everyother day but hopefully by the end of the week this dose will be reduced as the vet said it will be in her system. She seems very well in herself still and she bought herself in from the field today as i was being to slow to open the gate. The vets have said it's ok for me to ride her gently in walk for 5 - 10 mins which she enjoys very much she is so happy to be working again. Here are a few pics from our ride today.

Bless, she seems cheerful enough! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you both but it seems that things are steadily getting better.

You look very relaxed together! :-)

Slightly off topic but what is the name for the headcollar/bridle combo thing? Looks very smart on her in that colour...

Thankyou everyone.
The bridle is a zilco bridle. The cheek peices unhook from the bridle and it becomes a headcollar. It is made of a material like plastic i think. We did endurance rides of upto and inclu 80km so needed something easy to clean during a ride and the bit is easily removed to alow her to eat at the halfway hold. I think green realy suits her to. The bridle came from performance equestrian.
