Just a little update on the elephant!
Went out today for hack with three others, this is his 4th 'grown up' hack and he is slowly becoming braver and will go in front or behind even though he is a little spookier in front!
Today we had out very first Canter on a hack. He has only ever cantered in the school by himself and today we had a run up a big field, we went in 2nd place so had a safe horse as a bumper in front. He was a gem, cantered gently along and picked his pace up when asked and stopped when asked!
He also settled again straight after and stood for 15mins while we chatted with friends a little futher along.
Very proud of the elephant today
Also Toby pony had his side saddle on again today and went lovely, only did walk and trot but hoping to canter next week!
