Another myler bit question!!

Hi all,

I'm currently using a myler comfort snaffle on my mare, but have a dressage comp on Sunday and not sure if it is legal or not. The mouthpiece is OK (have checked on BD website), but the bitrings are eggbutts with hooks and I can't seem to find out whether these ones are legal or not.
Any suggestions?

if it has hooks then it is not dressage legal

Maybe ok if you don't use the hooks. Best to check with the organisers.

I have competed in the same bit in dressage and they allowed it as long as I didn't use the hooks.

no you can't use them under BD rules even if you don't use the hooks! if the hooks are there its not legal! sorry!
