It doesn't sound as if she is broken as there is so little information.

Appearance wise though, I like her.

I don't understand how she could be both 'built for comfort not speed' and 'very forward going'! Not much info really. Is she just broken at 8, why?

I agree, there isn't much info... must admit that I ignore any adverts that don't give the basic info, I assume there is a reason and there is something to hide.
