You'd think after Sats terrible dressage that I might give trips out a miss for a while, but no I am a glutton for punishment. On Mon George and I are going clear round jumping

- now I've said it on here i'll have to go! We are only doing the teeny weeny cross poles (well I hope they're teeny weeny!), but bearing in mind I am only just getting back into jumping and that George and I have only strung 3 jumps together before it is a challenge for us. So I guess I'd better do some practising.

Sorry completely pointless post

I know exactly how you feel, I have agreed to do clear round jumping in a few weeks time but am yet to actually jump my girly (I've had her since feb now!). Think I'll start practising tomorrow

. Don't expect too much and then you won't get stressed. I don't think you are mad the more you go out and do these things the more you'll gain in confidence xx

Enjoy! I think it'll do you good to go out and do something different - and jumping is so much more fun than dressage (in my opinion, obviously

). It doesn't matter how high the jumps are as long as you have a good time, and the feeling sick and thinking you're going to die is part of the fun of jumping, honest!
