Yes I think so too, the thing is I think it's a dealer, as they have others for sale!
I've googled the phone number, but nothing comes up, was wondering if anyone has any experiences with them?

He looks lovely and I don't know the dealer, but if honestly described then the horse is cheap which makes you wonder why would a dealer sell a horse cheaply? He is the right breed, size, shape, colour, and temperament to go for double that money even in a bad market because he is the type everyone wants, so why the price tag?

I tend to have a suspicious mind though!
