another question

Problems seems neverending at the moment My dog seems to be chewing around her tail, she's been de flead and october had her anal glands cleared but hardly anything there. Vet gave her a antihistimine injection to stop the biting and it cleared up.

What could the problem be?

My spaniel does this, sometimes its because he needs worming and this clears it up but sometimes its just because he has sensitive skin - he gets patches of Ezcema (sp) of a sorts, which I clear up with hibiscrub.
