another reminder- hats!

just a reminder to everyone to always wear a descent hat! i had a nasty fall today and my hat has a big crack in it, i would be a lot more injured if it wasnt for that hat!! luckily i am ok now but i was in and out of conciousness (sp!) for an hour or 2 and cant really remember what happened!!

i just hope my confidence isnt shaken when i get back on!

Glad that you are ok, hope that you got checked out at the hospital. All head injurys should be checked at A&E.

I'm sure you'll be fine when you get back on

yes, i went to hospital. they said just to rest and take it easy. which i have done all afternoon.

Sorry to hear about you fall but thank you for the reminder...they are important items! I am sure you will be fine getting back on, just try to make it sooner rather than later (within reason being that you are injured) so the nerves don't have chance to set in
