This is at least the third thread on this.

This one seens to be Facebook hysteria. The speculation grows by the day.

NO, of course we don't KNOW how that foal met its end, but because we don't know, speculation is just that. The rumour mill grinds away, with the next suggestion being even more ridiculous than the one before!

Before any clear lines of thought as to the likely reason for the demise of the foal can be proposed, then any investigator would need to know how long the foal had been dead. Is there any CLEAR photographic evidence available? All so often, in these cases, what are reported as injuries caused by a human hand, are in fact the natural decomposition of the body, or as has been suggested, scavenging animals and birds.

Calm down peeps, don't mean to sound patronising but until all the facts are known, Chinese Whispers doesn't do any good and causes hysteria. 😳😳
