I bought one a couple of years ago, it wasn't particulaly good quality and the "self adjusting system" was useless. It really wasn't worth the hassle. Why dont you try and find a cheap second hand one? i got an ideal xw showing saddle from my local tack shop for £180 and its the best thing ever. Sorry to be so negative, believe me ive been in the same position dont loose heart

They are not made by Shires, shires are a wholesaler and they are made for them in India, fine if you don't mind Indian saddles.
I have sold them, cheap and cheerful, but as long as you know what you are getting then go for it, Oz
