Another snap on blades question

I have the Moser clippers with the snap on blades (wide ones). How many clips should I get out of them before they need sharpening? A friend of mine said she clipped for five years with hers!!! That seems incredible.

I've done 4 full clips so far and I'm wondering how many I will realistically get out of them.....

I clipped my horse a couple of weeks ago and I was lucky to get him finished. It was my 4th clip with 10W blades and they need sharpening for sure. By the way I do full clips as in all off apart from legs.

Yes, that's what I do too.
