Another welsh D question

At what age would a welshie normally stop growing? Have the chance to buy a 4 year old section D. She's 14.2 now but slightly bum high!!! I know they can mature late, but how accurate is this????

Oh and she wants £2.000 for her incl tack and rugs. She's green but willing hacks alone or in company and is a dream to handle. Only vice is that she cribs when she's brought in and at feed time.......Is this a good price....it's the minimum that she will take!!!!
The problem is this mare has come along a lot sooner than I'm ready to buy but she has also offered me free livery for 6 months until my friend's yard is ready!!!! HELP

I believe alot of them continue to grow and develop into there 6/7th year! My little mare is 15.1hh at the moment but shes took a bum high stretch recently so god knows what she will finish up at.

I too thought this. Unless it's good show quality and/or schooled well.
