Another what colour!

This is my 6 year old, 13.2hh welsh x.

She is a fun pony that will be for my daughter when she is old enough!
She has sat on her already!

She was sold to me as lemon and white, we refer to her as chestnut with a flaxen mane and tail.
She is too dark to be palomino, but i have been told she could be classed as coloured as she has a splodge of white bigger than a fist.

i'd say flaxen chestnut but the splodge could be coloured, i cant see the lemon?! XD

I think technically she'd probably be classed as coloured.....

Thats interesting about the coloured.

What are the rules?
As she has got older the white on her legs has increase and gone further up!

When she had her booster last year the vets had to amend her passport as her markings where so different from when is was done!

From what I can see the white mark is on her belly, therefore she is a sabino I believe, best person to contact re colours is Karynk in breeding! She's ace!! Knows all about the genetics etc.

I can't look at your other photos (computer is being such a pain!) but I agree that she's probably a chestnut sabino with flaxen mane and tail.

The thing about sabino is that it can be expressed minimally right through to maximum sabino.
