Anti-Roll rubber stable rails

Anyone know where I can buy the rubber rails you put around the stable walls to help horses that get cast?

you could just nail on 3 by 2 rails at about 4 foot to 4 ft 6 dependant on size of horse as anti cast rails. bank your stable big and high!!
