This bill received Royal Assent on March 13th so will be come law any day now. I knew about this when it was being 'consulted' (I think we discussed it on here at some point?) and it goes much further than I ever imagined it would
Read the fact sheet, especially the bit about trespassers - even if someone climbs over a locked gate/ 6 foot fence, you're liable. It's a joke.
