Antone near Bath? Coloured cobs near the canal?

Just wondered if anyone in the area has noticed the coloured cobs that have appeared near Bathampton. They are on some rough grazing between the A36 and the canal. There are about between 20 and 25 of them, looking quite poor.

I'm curious to know who owns them, anyone any idea?
