Really interesting. I’ve known a dog that had genuine anxiety and responded really well to ‘human drugs’. Unfortunately I also know someone struggling with a normal adolescent dog who keep pestering their vet to medicate the dog. Thankfully vet refuses without the dog seeing a behaviourist first.
