Any advice for hunting newbie/numpty?

Am going next Wednesday on my friends cob Am very excited but having never been before dont really have a clue! I`m going to wear my black show jumping jacket with cream jods, white shirt with a stock does this sound alright? Any other advice/tips are very welcome!

Doh i`ve literally just seen the post above I even scrolled down the page to see if there were any similar posts before posting mine but didnt even think of looking at the stickies! Will have a look now!
