I am in the process of searching for a new horse, one that I saw last week, rode, liked and made offer subject to vetting, owner happy so vetting arranged paid for as not my vets so wanted money up front, the horse passed his vetting with flying colours so everything going as planned until 3 days later when received an email from the owner saying had changed mind and wasn't going to sell him to me!! Where do I stand do I have any chance of getting my vetting costs back from her??
