I would love to hear from any Australian forum members, as i will hopefully be moving over to Perth later this year. I have lived in Australia before for just over a year but didnt have very much contact with horsey people whilst i was out there.
From what i did see solid tying was common place, and what looked like straw was called hay? I did go to a horse sales in mundijong and saw the most gorgeous Buckskin coloured horses but sadly no heavies
My OH had horses when he was younger over in QLD he recalls horses going for $50 at the sales in times of drought
I have loads of questions to ask about all manner of things !!
