Any connemara experts???

my connemara gelding is 21months old(so 2 kind of!), and both his parents were 14.2hh.
he is currently about 14hh, and was wondering if anyone knew how connemaras grow, or if they all grow differently, because although he is tall he looks very babyish, and even though he has a good amount of bone he is quite weedy looking!
so will he stop going up eventually, and start going out or is he just going to be big?
i was hoping he would make 14.2hh as i want to show him when he is older!

Both of mine were about 14h at 3 and ended up at 15h by the time they were 6/7, they didn't stop growing until then.

Connies are very late developers! He probably won't stop growing till he's about 7 years old so could well go over height I'm afraid

He looks quite croup high at present, so if hes 14hh at present he will need his front end to catch up!! Meaning he will definitely reach 14.2hh by the time hes 3, then keep on growing most probably till hes 6 or 7!! My connemara at 3 was 14.2hh! Hes 3 1/2 at present and is nearly 15hh, so going to go way overheight which really doesn't bother me as I don't show anyway!! But it will limit your options if you show alot!!
