Any decent yards in Warwickshire/West Midlands with a decent arena surface

Can anyone recommend a yard in the Warwickshire/West Midlands yard with a decent arena surface which is maintained correctly. ie harrowed and watered.

Ideally a firmer surface with some spring in it as opposed to deep fluffy surfaces.

Looking for DIY or part livery

Young big horse with djd in hocks needs to start to re introduce trot work at some point soon and need decent arena.

Happy also to muck in/help out on yard.

i dont know how good the surface is but it is rubber. Nikki Saunders? dont know anything else. in kenilworth/balsall common way
