On a previous thread it was stated that wry nose is a genetic condition. This is not the case upper and lower mandibles develop independantly and a wry nose presents both upper and lower twisted to one side.
It is in fact (proven) to be caused by either trauma to the womb, low level of amniotic fluid or other external factors. I would hate to hear of any poor foal euthanised because of incorrect information being given out.
