A little New Forest Pony I guess??
Did you (or whoever) buy her off the forest?
I dont know the marks individually - there doesnt seem to be commonly available info on the web - maybe worth asking any previous owners??
Best guess - Shape = Owner, Letter W or the 22 indicating year of birth.

Ive just found out its a German brand

If you go on www.horsedata.co.uk/horse_brands.htm you will find lots of brand diagrams and should be able to identify it properly.
