Right guys, I have my first affiliated dressage test(s) tomorrow at Beaver Hall, I'm just doing a Prelim 7 which is easy to learn and Novice 25 which is proving a bit tricky to learn.
Now as I mainly do all my competitions alone, I am bringing my mother along who has only just worked out how to use the camcorder (bless!!) however this does not solve my problem when it comes to remembering the tests.
I'll get to the point now..
1) Can you have a caller for affiliated tests?
and
2) If so, do you think anyone will be kind enough there to do it for me!!!
Thankyou in advance for any replies!!

I'm an ex-dressage diva (!!)(prefer eventing now!!). Anyway, you are allowed a caller for affiliated test, providing its not a regional or championship. I used to go to shows on my own and usually used to manage to talk a stranger into calling my test for me so don't see why you'd have a problem...just don't be shy!!

Yep you're allowed a caller but have found people a bit less willing affiliated. Also as above choose wisely, once had a 14 year old read test at warp speed and went badly wrong

The first wed affiliated BH Ive not been to in 6 months & you need a caller! Best of luck for tomorrow, its a great venue & there is always some one you can collar to call for you!

oh novice 25 we did that one last week !!!

i always get asked at shows to call and dont mind as long as someone smiles and is polite - or i havent lost my voice by then !!

i know at one show the organisers would call and charge you a pound that went to charity which i thought was nice !!
