I just found this site and saw they have my old favourite boots in and are a lot cheaper than other places I have seen them *que excited squeal* but was wondering if people have ordered from this site before and if they are any good?

I recently placed an order with them and was very disappointed with their customer service. I definitely won't be ordering from them again but that's just been my personal experience with them.
 
Hi there, yes it's definitely the same company I ordered from. I placed an order with them which arrived in tatty packaging and was not as shown in the picture online. When I asked them about it their response was rather dismissive and unapologetic. I ended up keeping the item because it was still useful and really didn't want the hassle of talking to them to try and get a refund. Not an ideal solution but life's too short :)

You might have a totally different experience if you order from them, maybe they were having a bit of a bad week but I'll be giving them a miss in future.

Customer service is shocking I ended up writing to complain to there Director as there communication was horrendous, its amazing how fast they call you when you have done that!!
I have got a credit note on my account with them which I have never used as they were so appaling I don't want to use them again.
