Not with Protech itself, but I have a small drive shed that is basically the same.
At the moment we have wind at 70km/ph hitting ours end on and it is doing just fine. They are very popular around here, (cheaper than metal or wood, and portable) they stand up to a huge amount of snow (just brush the snow off from the inside) and wind. If I needed a shelter in a hurry, I certainly would consider something of this style.
What I would say is, if you can, get white canvas rather than green, the green has a shorter life span, gets hotter and may sweat. Downside to white is that it is very visible where green would obviously blend in better. Mine blends in OK right now, come summer it sticks out like a sore thumb and I have the overwhelming urge to cover it with cam nets. Also, it would be incredibly easy for a horse to shift the canvas on the frame, or get a leg behind a strut, if he decided to rub against it so perhaps it would have to be lined to prevent this, that is what I'd do if I let my horses near mine.
A friend has one, bought it two years ago. She is thrilled with it. Despite it's location, it has not moved a bit, and no tears etc and the horses are very happy to use it.
