Any filler tips?

Hiya!
So, my pony is not the best at doing fillers and occasionally finds them a bit spooky and might just kapering and refuse! Does anyone know any tips to stop her just kapering?
Also we need more fillers at home!
Has anyone got any good ways to make fillers?

I used to dot them about between and either side of jumps and just get my horse used to seeing them about without jumping them

I got some cheap tab top curtains & slid them onto the poles after cutting the length down so they are just long enough to lay another pole on the bottom to stop them flapping too much xx
