Any good equine vets in the Burton on Trent area?

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good vets around Burton on Trent? I'm having a horse vetted, so excited, we've been looking for over 6 months now!

I had a horse vetted in Burton by Poole House vets. I had Richard, who was excellent and very thorough! How exciting re. possible new horse... details?

Pool House Equine are really good. Richard Stephenson and Gil Riley are very good. We're literally over the road from there & I did my work experience there

Richard and Gil are both good vets but I wouldn't have any of the others as I've seen them miss lameness. There is also a new asian vet who I was quite impressed with but I can't remember his name.

I wouldn't go with Scarsdale.

Thanks guys! We'll give them a ring She's a 5yr old coloured mare, Trakehner x Irish Cob!! Hoping to do bits of everything together with a view to going eventing in the future. We got to this stage before but the horse failed the vetting miserably so fingers crossed!

Oh that's lovely! She seems very straight and she's been great to deal with Not sure what else she has backed at the minute but she says she has some 3 year olds from Ireland.
