My friend is moving to hawkinge in new year so wants to see what yards there are up that way and also what the livery prices are like, So help needed with thanks

Limes Farm Equestrian Centre is the only yard I know that way

hi have you tried limes farm , its place in hawkinge ,where they do have a livery yard but also run a yard there that is used also for the local collage people who are doing there bhs exams
,i think you have a either normal livery or you can rent your horse to them for riding , and they get the collage people to muck out ,water feed ,bring in etc for you and you can orginise days when or not the horse can or can not be used
i use to do my bhs exams there , about 9yr ago so dont know what is like now and not sure on prices ,but might be worth asking

It's years and years since I've been to Hawkinge (did my training and exams at Limes), but a friend of mine used to keep her horse at a place along the road which ran opposite the bank/shops. Sorry can't remember the name of the road. She had him on DIY down there. I'm sure if your friend has a drive around she'll find somewhere.

You could go into the Saddlerack or ring them 01303 893659 they are the tack shop in the village so they will know whats about. And the owner is very nice. Good Luck.
