Any good tips for when moving horse?

I know all the regular advice regarding slowly introducing new feed, isolation before introduced to herd, no hard work, walks around yard etc - just thought some of you might have actual experiences worth knowing beforehand? My horse doesn't move easily...

Keep your routine. As close as possible. Horses thrive on routine - if you can keep to it the moves are massively easier.
