My parents are in Devon, and may know people with private planes/helicopters Will call them and ask

Parents are out gallivanting but have sent my father a text, and will report back as soon as he replies.

theres a guy up the road from the city couldn't give you his name as no idea but worst case I could go and knock on his (read as rather posh gates)

also what about contacting a small airport like dunkeswell? many private planes and id expect they would have some contacts.

also being a bit more random, how about contacting martin pipe? hes not a million miles away from Exmoor and with his connections to jockeys you never know.
