Any idea on father ?

So .. my scrap of a two year old is now four. Rising five. Backed last year. Then turned away for the winter. Came back into work March as she cut her foot in the January. Anyway .. Nana is full standard bred. She was bought in foal. Gave birth to Bella mum. Dad un known. Then, Bella’s
Mum was covered by a stallion and three other mares overnight. But stallion had gone by morning. Long story .. all mares had chestnuts! I had Bella when she was two. I thought dad could be Welsh. She’s about 15 hands. But someone asked if she had S Punch in her today. I’d love to know ??

They probably got Suffolk from the colouring rather than the build. She is one beautiful little horse. I'd be guessing welsh too.

I wonder if there is a horse breed DNA test like the Embark one for dogs.

She is nice. I can't imagine anyone "losing" a Suffolk stallion overnight. Any Suffolks in the area would be well known surely?
