any idea..???

this is harry.
harry is 3 weeks old now.
he is born on time and with no trouble.
he has this ... in the top part of his mane .
now it is not sore it is not sensitive to touch , it looks like rough skin or warts
and it is only on that part of the mane and nowhere else.
i never seen it before so was hoping that one of you could tell me what it could be or maybe one of you have seenit before..??

I've seen youngsters with warts but usually on the muzzle and around the eyes. What does your vet think it is?

i didnt had the vet out yet , i was talking to him over the phone but he is healthy and triving so it is not an emergency.
he will be chipped in the next two weeks and will have the vet out so he will look at it than.
