Any ideas for a Joules/horsey themed window display?

My sister works for a smallish department store and they are doing a Joules window display and has asked me for some ideas. Obviously rosettes ( I don't have any

!) and I have offered my saddles & bridle that I have spare.

It needs to be bright and fun and I want to help her make it really good so any ideas folks?

What about using a nice show jump as a prop? wings and all and some topiery either side? What are the dimensions of the window. how many mannequins is she using?

Joules are doing a big WI thing, so tea cups, knitting, home baked cakes etc.

If you are doing horsey, what about a riding hat, if there is space a jump wing if not a saddle horse, A haynet full of hay, lots of rosettes, and a pair of riding boots.

What about the mannekins sitting on straw bales?

Straw bales (bright yellow), red and white checked tablecloth, cloth bunting, cups and saucers, wicker picnic hamper, couple of polo sticks, croquet set, showjump, flowers.
