Any ideas re lameness?

horse unlevel behind, cant find any heat or swelling, when wlaking near hind ic crossing over almost, and the leg looks twisted (toe is pointing outwards more than it should), do we think its some kind of lameness in the leg or something higher up thats 'come out' and needs chiropractor?

def get the vet out, my horse has really very slight lameness ATM and was ummming and arrring about getting the vet out, so I rang the vet last night and just speaking to him and doing something about it has put my mind all at ease.
